This policy explains how revisions, cancellations, and refunds work for projects ordered from COZENTA MARKET LLC.
Revision rounds
Each deliverable includes one round of revisions within the approved scope, unless your quote states otherwise. Please send consolidated, timecoded notes in a single message. Additional rounds or changes caused by picture edits after lock are quoted as change orders.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel after approving a quote but before any recording, design, or editing has begun, your deposit is refunded in full, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example, permits or booked session players).
Cancellation during production
If you cancel once work has begun, you are billed for work completed to date, based on the units in the quote, plus committed third-party costs. Any deposit amount above that total is refunded. Completed work is delivered to you once paid.
Delivered work
Because audio files are custom digital deliverables, completed and delivered work is not refundable. If a deliverable does not match the approved quote or technical specification, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no extra cost.
Field recording changes
Field sessions may be moved for weather, access, or safety reasons at no charge. If you cancel a confirmed field session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, non-refundable travel and access costs may apply.
Sound library purchases
Licensed library sounds are digital goods and are non-refundable once files have been delivered, unless the files are defective or do not match their description.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
